Shipping, Returns & Gift Cards
Shipping Policy
We currently offer UK-wide shipping and local delivery from our Salisbury location.
Processing Times

Next Day orders are processed the same day if placed before 2pm.

Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 2pm with “Next Day” selected will be treated as Standard Shipping. No refund will be issued for selecting the wrong method.
Delivery Options

Standard Shipping: £6.99 flat rate, or free on orders over £100. Delivery within 3–5 business days.

Next Day Shipping: £9.99 flat rate, or free on orders over £195 (order by 2pm).

Local Delivery: Free delivery within 10km of the shop, usually within 1–2 business days.
All deliveries are handled via third-party couriers such as DPD (subject to confirmation).
Out of Stock / Backorders
If any item you’ve ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or an estimated restock date.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has been dispatched, Sarum Drums cannot be held responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return items within 30 daysof purchase, both in-store and online.
Eligibility

Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

Reasonable use will apply for items such as drum heads and sticks, however items that show excessive wear or customer-caused damage cannot be returned unless faulty.

Returns are not accepted for gift cards, clearance items, or custom/special orders, unless they are faulty.
How to Return

Bring your item back in person to our Salisbury store, or

Email us at sarumdrums@hotmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
If returning by post, you are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You may choose either a replacement or a full refund once the item is returned and inspected.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Gift Card Policy
Sarum Drums gift cards are available in both digital and physical formats.

Digital gift cards can be purchased online and are delivered automatically via email on the date selected by the purchaser.

Physical gift cards can be purchased in-store and are redeemable in-store only.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and expire automatically after this period. Expired cards cannot be reactivated or refunded.
Using Your Gift Card

Digital gift cards can be redeemed online at checkout.

Physical gift cards can be redeemed in-store at Sarum Drums, Salisbury.

Gift cards can be used as full or partial payment, and any remaining balance can be used on future purchases until the expiry date.

Balances cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost, stolen, or damaged physical gift cards cannot be replaced.
Refunds and Returns

If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit or a replacement gift card, in line with our Returns Policy.

Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method used.
Online Purchases & Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers who purchase a digital gift card online have 14 days to cancel their order for a full refund, provided the card has not been used and has not yet been delivered.
