All products and services are subject to availability.

Product descriptions

We aim to ensure all descriptions, specifications and photographs are accurate. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your device.

Pre-owned equipment may show signs of previous use. Any significant cosmetic or functional issues will be described in the product listing wherever possible.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch.

Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where:

A product is unavailable.
A pricing or listing error has occurred.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
Payment cannot be authorised.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership remains with Sarum Drums until payment has been received in full.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us promptly if anything is damaged or missing.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy.

Repairs and servicing

Repair times are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability and workload.

While every effort is made to carry out repairs to a high standard, Sarum Drums cannot accept responsibility for faults unrelated to the work undertaken.

Customers are responsible for collecting completed repairs within a reasonable period following notification.

Trade-ins

Trade-in valuations are offered at our discretion and are based on the condition, age and current market value of the equipment.

Trade-in offers may be withdrawn or amended if the condition of the equipment differs from that originally presented.

Once a trade-in has been accepted and completed, the transaction is final.

Commission sales

Commission sales are subject to a separate agreement between Sarum Drums and the owner of the goods.

An upfront, non-refundable commission fee is payable before an item is listed for sale. A further commission is deducted from the final selling price once the item has been sold.

Third-party marketplaces

Products sold through third-party platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, eBay or Reverb are subject to the relevant platform's terms and policies in addition to applicable UK consumer law.

Website availability

We aim to keep our website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may suspend or modify the website without notice for maintenance, updates or other operational reasons.

Intellectual property

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to applicable law, Sarum Drums shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.
